The American Institutes for Research remains committed to providing state and local leaders and community members with evidence-based tools and services to help navigate this disrupted and emerging landscape. In addition to the support we provide through the many Federal and foundation-funded support centers that we operate, AIR has invested in a number of activities that have provided resources to our state and local partners at no charge.
Resources for Recovery: Workforce contains links to a myriad of resources including a paper intended for SEAs as they consider the short-term and long-term implications that COVID-19 on the educator workforce; strategies for recruiting a diverse teacher workforce that mirrors the student population; and webinars on the impact COVID-19 is having on the workforce.
